Day 1 — Arrive and Alfama

Day 2 — Park, pastéis, surf

Run in Parque Eduardo VII
MovementUp the long central path to the top for a panorama of the city and river. 5–6 km loop.
Afternoon
Pastéis de Belém and the Jerónimos cloisters
FoodThe original bakery, a warm pastry, then 30 minutes in the cloisters next door.
Evening
Surf lesson in Costa da Caparica
MovementA 45-minute drive and a 90-minute class. Beginner-friendly beach breaks.
Day 3 — Sintra and depart
Morning
Early train to Sintra
CultureBe at Pena Palace by 10:00 before the crowds. The gardens are the real draw.
Afternoon
Late lunch back in Lisbon and flight
