Hotel Room Yoga Flow
Gentle yoga sequence designed for small spaces and jet-lagged bodies.
After a long flight or a day of meetings, your body craves gentle, restorative movement. This 25-minute yoga flow requires no mat and no equipment — just enough floor space to stretch out. The sequence begins with 5 minutes of standing stretches (forward fold, side bends, gentle twists) to decompress the spine. The middle 15 minutes move through a floor-based flow: cat-cow, child's pose, pigeon pose, supine twist, and legs-up-the-wall. The final 5 minutes are spent in savasana (lying still), letting your nervous system integrate the practice. This flow specifically targets the areas most affected by travel: hip flexors (from sitting), shoulders and neck (from laptop work), and lower back (from everything). Practice it within an hour of arriving at your hotel, and you will feel like a different person.
