Morning Clarity Practice
Start your day with focused awareness and intention.
The first ten minutes of your day shape everything that follows. This morning practice combines breath awareness with intention setting to create a focused, grounded start — even when you wake up in an unfamiliar hotel room. Begin with 3 minutes of simple breath observation. Do not try to change your breathing — just notice it. Then spend 3 minutes in open awareness, letting thoughts arise and pass without engagement. Finally, spend 4 minutes setting a clear intention for the day: one quality you want to embody and one outcome you want to create. This practice works because it addresses both the reactive mind (through breath work) and the proactive mind (through intention). The combination leaves you calm but purposeful — the ideal state for a high-performance day.
