Daily Gratitude Practice
Three-question gratitude prompt for daily reflection.
Gratitude is one of the most well-researched interventions in positive psychology. People who practice daily gratitude report higher life satisfaction, better sleep, and stronger relationships. This framework makes it simple. Every evening, answer three questions: What went well today? What am I grateful for right now? Who contributed positively to my day? Write 1-3 sentences for each. The entire practice takes under 5 minutes. The power is in consistency, not depth. Over weeks and months, you will notice a shift in your default attention — from scanning for problems to noticing what is working. This is not naive optimism; it is training your brain to see the full picture rather than just the threats.
